I have a SIM card having gprs activated on it.

Now i want to own my own web server so that i could offer some functaionalities on my website which i can%26#039;t make available through free web hosts

But the problem is that i cant have my computer 24/7 turned on all the time.

but my mobile can remain on all the time.
