Did II made a Monumental mistake by buying a website from StartLogic/Trellix/web.com?

For more than 5 weeks i have had a website from StartLogic/trellix/web.com/ It has been a disaster. i had 5 pages complete and none of the pictures will stay open. Hours on the phone ,most of the time on hold, and numerous e-mails and still om no improvement. I went to http://startlogicsucks.com and I find many who have had a similar experience. I need to find a reliable web host. Any suggestions.
